About Women Wave
Women Wave is a social initiative founded by Nikita Vora and has been designed and launched to specifically help women entrepreneurs by providing them guidance and mentoring from industry experts in various areas of their business and personal life. We have a panel of mentors and networking partners who are present to assist and guide women entrepreneurs in their businesses and to solve their problems. We have a team who help us to grow! Brain Behind WomenWave
Nikita loves doing business and is very passionate about it. From an education perspective, she has done her Post Graduation in Management from Christ University Bangalore and Master in Business Administration from FWHS, Wushberg, Germany. From a work perspective, she has worked in different sectors like travel, food & hospitality, IT etc.
Currently along with running Women Wave, Nikita also runs WorkingWomen.biz (an avenue that provides work from home opportunities to women)
The event will focus on understanding how entrepreneurs can maximize her returns through optimizing the usage of their Smart Phone Smartly through a talk by Mr. Mandar Murgod (an IT professional). In addition to this Ms. Divya Thakur (CA) would explain how the upcoming Goods and Services Tax (GST) is going to impact the business. This is an excellent opportunity for women entrepreneurs to come and pick the brains of these experts to get the most out of it.
About the Speakers
Mr. Mandar Murgod – An IT expert with core specialties in Data Warehousing and Reporting. Trained in and associated with Infosys Ltd, Mandar has worked with multiple clients in building analytical solutions for them. Outside work, Mandar is very passionate about exploring new technologies and apps. He believes in maximizing the benefits of the new age smart phone by utilizing the apps available to its full potential. Researching and experimenting with the app’s features are the best shot at exposure to the smart-age world. The needs are different, and so are the apps. He is here to pick out the best from the lot and help us in understanding how to best boost the business in the most economic yet simplest way.
CA. Divya Thakur – Divya started her journey from education hub of India Kota from where she completed Masters in Commerce specialising in accounting and Finance field. She started Chartered Accountancy practice 5 years back from Kota and now in Pune from last 3 years. Divya loves teaching and educating people related to laws & taxes. She has been faculty member at Institute Of Chartered Accountants and various Professional institutes. Sharing knowledge gives more wisdom is her belief. Divya has been speaker on various topics of companies act and income tax act in Pune. She has also been assisting I U Thakur Company Secretary firm which is her family firm in Pune.
